Obarun repositories changes

Obarun repositories name changes as the following

The main repositories is now named obcore and contains a testing branch under obcore/testing.
A new one is the family is here named obextra and contains a testing branch under obextra/testing.
The Archives part is now at obarchives and contains sub directories for each repo like obarchives/obcore.

/etc/pacman.conf can be edited for the repositories changes as follow :

The old repositories stays operational for compatibility reason but all new packages update will go now on the new repositories.
