Migration Completion: [obcore] and [obextra]

Dear Obarun Community,

We are pleased to announce the completion of the migration for our repositories, [obcore] and [obextra]. As you may recall, we previously announced the beginning of this migration, and we're excited to inform you that it has now been successfully concluded. Here are some key highlights of the new repository setup:

Automated Updates from Arch Gitlab

We've implemented an automated update system for [obcore] and [obextra], ensuring that these repositories are updated promptly following new tags from the Arch Gitlab instance. While there may be a slight delay of up to 24 hours, you can expect the latest packages to be available in [obcore] and [obextra] shortly after their release by Arch Linux.

Daily Checks for Updates

To further enhance the reliability of [obcore] and [obextra], we've set up daily checks for updates. Every package in [obcore] and [obextra] is checked for updates at 02:00 AM UTC and 03:00 AM UTC, respectively, every day. This ensures that any new packages or updates are promptly integrated into our repositories.

Testing Repositories

In addition to our main repositories, we also maintain testing repositories, [obcore-testing] and [obextra-testing]. These testing repositories closely follow Arch Linux's development. For example, when a new package version is introduced in Arch's [extra-testing], such as a new version of qt5-base, we ensure that the same package version is available in [obextra-testing]. This allows us to maintain compatibility with Arch Linux's testing process, with at most a 24-hour gap between a package moving from [core-testing] to [core], for instance.
